Warranty Shipping Returns Policy

WARRANTY:

Every purchase at Bagstud is covered by a 12-month manufacturing warranty, ensuring you are covered for any defects in stitching and zippers. This warranty ensures that you can enjoy your purchase with peace of mind, knowing that any issues arising from manufacturing faults will be taken care of. Please note that this warranty does not cover damage resulting from regular wear and tear or misuse. We stand by the quality of our products and are committed to providing you with the best possible experience.

SHIPPING POLICY:

We try to ship all orders within five business days. Tracking numbers, if available, will be automatically e-mailed on the day of the shipping to the e-mail address provided by the customer. We aim to dispatch the orders within 5 working days from the day order is received. Customers will be contacted by e-mail OR mobile if there is any such problem related to processing the order or shipping the product on time.

RETURN POLICY:

We know how crucial it is to have a satisfying shopping experience, which is why we offer a hassle-free return policy. If for any reason you are not pleased with the product, we offer returns within 10 days of purchase. The item should be in its original condition with tags attached for us to accept the return. We will process the refund, excluding the shipping cost once we receive the product. Please contact our customer service team for any return-related queries or assistance.

For COD orders: The convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund value of the order.

REFUND PROCESS:

We will credit the refund funds to your account within 7 to 10 working days, depending on the mode of payment and bank policies. If it takes longer than that, please email us at ecom@bagstud.com and we will address it promptly.

For COD orders: Please give us your bank details via our customer care email - ecom@bagstud.com We take 10-12 business days to process COD refunds. As mentioned above, the convenience fee of Rs 100/- will be deducted from the refund value of the order.
